Cholestasis and congenital neuroblastoma in a preterm neonate: a case report

چکیده
Abstract Objectives Neuroblastoma (NB) is one of the most common tumor during perinatal period. The clinical features NB occurring in fetuses and neonates differ from that older age groups. Frequently, Congenital neuroblastomas are incidentally detected prenatally. Clinical presentations NBs highy variable. Case presentation A 24-day old preterm 32 weeks’ gestation male neonate developed cholestasis lead to diagnosis stage MS neuroblastoma. There was no primary site identified. Conclusions To best our knowledge, this first case report metastatic (Stage MS) a presenting with cholestsis but without any identifiable adrenal or extra-adrenal primary.
